Sentinel Field Notes Terms of Service

Last updated 26 August 2026 · see also our Privacy Policy

What this site is

Sentinel Field Notes is a demonstration web app for a Meta smart-glasses concept, usable on the phone/browser companion shown on this site.

What's sold

The Sentinel Field Notes subscription costs £49 per user a month, billed monthly by Stripe until you cancel. It covers use of the current Sentinel browser companion for each paid user and a guided setup; we will contact the email supplied at checkout within one working day. It does not include smart-glasses hardware, a Meta account or platform access, or a safety/security monitoring service. The live browser demo remains free to open without purchasing setup.

Payment is handled by Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and request a refund of your first payment within 14 days of purchase by emailing info@pharoahtechnology.co.uk.

A waitlist sign-up form is available; submitting it does not create a contract or guarantee access — it registers your interest so we can contact you if/when early access opens.

Acceptable use & liability

This site and its free demo are provided for evaluating a product concept. Sentinel is not a safety-critical, identification, surveillance or threat-determination system. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, to the maximum extent the law allows, Pharoah Technology Ltd's total liability arising from the paid setup service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

This is a standard-form policy describing how Sentinel Field Notes actually works today, generated from the product's own code and configuration. It is provided for transparency, is not legal advice, and publishing it does not by itself make Sentinel Field Notes or Pharoah Technology “compliant” with UK GDPR or any other law — that depends on our practices continuing to match what's written here.
